A warm welcome at St. Peter’s Chapter in Bolton

Rose Croix CollarThe warmth of the welcome extended by the members of St. Peter’s Chapter to their visitors more than compensated for the bitterly cold, wet and miserable weather in Bolton this afternoon.

The MWS completed some essential business which had been carried over from the meeting in March by appointing and investing his officers, and then proceeded with the business of electing his successor for Enthronement next March (congratulations to Ill.Bro. Ken Alker, Sovereign elect).

A very informative lecture on the Intermediate Degrees was then delivered by V.Ill.Bro. David Hawkins and the afternoon was rounded off with an excellent festive board which fortified us all for our journeys home.
